Arlinghaus Plumbing, Heating and Air has seen significant growth this year. In order to keep up with increased demand, we’ve had the pleasure of welcoming several new team members to the Arlinghaus team:
Peggy Casey joined Arlinghaus in January as Marketing Communications Manager. With more than 20 years of experience in public relations and communications, she is working to inform and engage the company’s loyal customer base and build its brand through meaningful, creative and impactful initiatives.
Denise Taylor, Customer Service Manager, also joined the team January. She has over 20 years of experience in sales and customer services and is focused on improving processes and training efforts to ensure the growing Arlinghaus team continues to provide exceptional experiences for customers and five-star service.
Julie Nesbitt, Chief Financial Officer, started with Arlinghaus in April. She earned a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting and a Master’s degree in Business Administration with a Finance specialization from Northern Kentucky University. Prior to joining the Arlinghaus team, Nesbitt performed accounting and financial analysis duties at two large health systems in the Greater Cincinnati area.
Michael White has been a member of the sales team at Arlinghaus for eight years and was promoted to Sales Manager in April. He has an extensive sales and management background, including prior positions as a Territory Sales Trainer for Tempur-Pedic and Store Director for Circuit City.
Andrew Caudill recently joined Arlinghaus as the new Plumbing Services Manager. In his new role, he’ll spearhead the build out of the company’s new plumbing division. Andrew brings a wealth of experience and knowledge to Arlinghaus with more than 18 years of experience.
Dori Gilleo has a passion for customer service. Prior to joining Arlinghaus as a Customer Service Representative, she spent more than 15 years as the general manager of a national chain restaurant. Following that, Dori spent four years as head trainer for the State of Kentucky’s DCBS/CHFS customer service department. In her free time, she enjoys hiking, camping, fishing and spending time with her family doing all things outdoors.
Zach Engelhardt is a new Service Technician completed training at UTA and received his Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) certification. Before joining the Arlinghaus team, Zach worked as an electrician. He looks forward to gaining more experience in HVAC services and is excited to part of a team that is focused on helping people. In his free time, he enjoys hiking with his wife and dog.
Tom Keissler is a new Service Technician that has an extensive training and certification background. He has his Universal 1,2 and 3 EPA certifications. Tom attended the United States Air Force Technical School at the Sheppard Air Force base in Texas and has six collective years of experience in the industry. In his free time, he enjoys barbecuing with friends in the backyard, spending time with his daughter and gaming.
Jon Freking is a new Service Technician at Arlinghaus. He has seven years of experience, primarily in the commercial space and his EPA Universal, NATE Heat Pump and Gas Furnace, NCI Combustion Analysis and Kentucky Journeyman. When he’s not working, he enjoys a variety of outdoor activities including golfing, camping, boating, playing softball and soccer as well as video games.
Britney Johnson joined the Arlinghaus team as Customer Service Representative in April. She has been in customer service for many years and truly enjoys helping people. When she’s not helping our customers on the phones, you can find her with her family at her favorite restaurant, Cheddar’s Scratch Kitchen or enjoying her favorite movie, Pretty Woman.
Jeremy Clark is a new Installer has eight years of HVAC wholesale experience and one year of experience in HVAC installations, which he will leverage in his new roll as an Installer for Arlinghaus. When he’s not at work, he enjoys eating at his favorite restaurant, the Cheesecake Factory, and watching his favorite movies, John Wick I & II.
Brad McClaine is a new Apprentice Installer. He looks forward to working with and learning from his coworkers at Arlinghaus, which he compares to a second family. In the summer you can find him enjoying some ice cream to cool off, while listening to some country music.
Tyler Gering is serving as a Co-op at Arlinghaus while he finishes high school. He hopes to gain more experience in the HVAC business so that he’s prepared for the industry upon graduation.
Tyler Beck is joined the Arlinghaus team as a Service Technician. He has three years of experience in HVAC repairs and services, as well as his OSHA 10, 3B, EPA Universal. In his free time, he enjoys listening to country music.
Chad Fussinger is a new Installer on our team. He has four years of HVAC experience as well as his EPA Certification. He’s excited to be working with the Arlinghaus team.
Shelley Miller joins us as a seasoned Customer Service Representative. She loves the environment at Arlinghaus as well as her new coworkers. Some people may not know that she is CPR and First Aid certified. She also enjoys country music and watching her favorite movie, Titanic.
Kyle Houlehan joined the Arlinghaus team in July as a Service Technician. He has seven years of HVAC experience and is NATE certified.
Jon Deal began at Arlinghaus in July as a Comfort Consultant. Jon attended University of Cincinnati and has more than 25 years of sales experience. He looks forward to helping customers select the proper heating and cooling equipment for their needs. In his free time, he enjoys taking his German shepherd to the park, renovating his 100-year-old home and working out.
