Instant Service! Gets no better than that. On the hottest day in 12 years, my only 4 year old AC decides overnight that it does not want to cool anymore. Called them at 7:00 a.m. and they had someone on their way by 7:40 a.m. and at my house by 8:05 a.m. Nicest office staff and service tech. They document and take pictures of everything they do and send them in a follow up email. Not everyone would care about that, but I happen to be a record keeping nerd, so I was quite pleased with this. Service was done quickly and comfort was restored. I also purchased their annual "Happy House Club" membership for the Spring & Fall checkups hoping to prevent problems before they happen again and for the Priority Service. Not sure how much faster than 40 minutes they can get, but I think the membership will be worth it because it covers heating, cooling, and plumbing along with cost discounts.

Had an emergency at my home. Arlinghaus was the only company out of 16 I called that were able to schedule a same day appointment 👍 turned out I needed amongst some other minor issues - a new water heater. Service Techs were prompt, on time, courteous and very professional. Scott walked me through installment process and provided a reasonable quote for the work, as well as annual maintenance tips. Happy with the completed job and new unit. They left area clean and neat upon being finished. I will def. call again if I need service. Thank you!!

Spoke the truth. Told me that Arlinghaus was the best and how he even uses the material for his own home. It made me feel safer using Arlinghaus for my issues rather than getting other quotes. Thanks! - August 2024

Our installers Garrett and Luke were very professional, worked quickly and were very neat and respectful of our house; even helping to stop our dog when she escaped! They were able to answer all our questions we had after the install. It was a great experience all around! - August 2024

Wow! What can I say, Jeffrey went above and beyond. My AC was rattling so loudly and he took it apart and put it back together 3 times until he knew it was fixed! He took his time to explain things I didn't understand. By the time he left, we were talking like old friends. What a good guy! - August 2024

Arlinghaus was very prompt coming out to help immediately when we had a burning smell coming from our furnace unit. Given many factors, it made sense to replace our furnace at that time. Jason, their sales rep, was very knowledgeable and helpful so that we could make an informed decision and was able to get us scheduled right away. - August 2024

Tim Marsh called in wanting to give commendation and praise to Andy Caudill. He said that Andy goes above and beyond and is top tier. He said Andy along with the whole plumbing team that he leads. Bradford Short called in and wanted to let us know that Darion was very professional and needs a raise!! He said Darion is an overall great guy!!! Bradford had a stroke and Darion was super awesome to him!!!

I wanted to let everyone know that Ginger Roberto called in to give a compliment to Ben Nishime.  She had 4 other plumbing companies before she went with us because Ben listened to her and advocated for her with this being an issue with her neighbor's property. She said she was so grateful that he listened to her, advocated for her and believed in her!  Way to Go Ben!

Thomas called in to let us know that he had the same HVAC company for over 30 years and after the wonderful plumbing experience he had with us 2 years ago he decided to give us a try for HVAC, and his neighbors recommended us.  He said that everyone in Customer Service and dispatch are so pleasant.  He said that Tyler Faulkner was excellent with explaining what he needed to have done and was extremely polite and respectful.  He said Max did an excellent job on explaining our processes and walking him through the whole experience.  He said Shane W and his team were  polite and respectful and that he walked through with how to use the thermostat and system and that they were so clean that the only other person that has left his home that clean was his housekeeper.  He said that it is very hard to earn his respect and we have become his only company for plumbing and HVAC because of how hard we all work and how respectful we are.  He said everyone he has encountered is so nice.  It is so important to make that first impression count because it leads to so much more! Great Job team!

Jesse & Cory came out on Friday & hooked up our new hot water tank. Very professional & did a great job with install. Took their time & made sure everything was to our satisfaction before they left. Highly recommend!
