Arlinghaus was extremely efficient, replacing my system the day after the initial quote. The price was (surprisingly) significantly lower than 3 other local companies, one of which was for a smaller system. They showed up exactly as they said they would, installed exactly what they quoted, and installed it professionally (no mess) and it looks great. At the time of this review, the system is about 2 hours post-install, but is working great. The installers were professional, respectful, skilled, and knowledgeable. So in short, great experience with this company.

I first would like to share that I had 2 other companies come to service my main sewer line over the last 2 and a half weeks. Neither of the other companies were able to get the sewer line open. When a technician from Arlinghaus connected me, I explained my experience with the other 2 companies and also explained that I just needed an estimate to dig down to the line on the outside and install a clean so that I could have the line hydro-jetted to get the line open. I explained that I had already paid over $400.00 between the 2 companies trying to get the line open, so I was not prepared to invest any more money in trying to get it open. I just wanted to get a clean-out estimate. Max Hoskins insisted that he would like to try to get it open so that he could run a camera down to inspect the situation and that if he couldn't get the line open, I would not be charged for the service. Well, using a great deal of patience and expertise he got the line open.....he actually made me cry, I was so happy. He wrote up an estimate for digging down to the pipe and installing a clean-out as well. I could not be happier with the service I received. The 2 gentlemen that were here were professional, encouraging, and determined to give me what I needed. I am planning on going forward with the work that I had the estimate for. I am looking forward to doing business with Arlinghaus in the future. Since I have an older home, it is nice to know who to call when I need service.

I've been really happy with every interaction I've had with Arlinghaus. The people that work there are all really friendly and professional. I picked them to install a new AC unit a few years ago and I have to admit it was sort of an arbitrary decision (they are an FC Cincinnati sponsor), but I've been really happy with that decision. They're great. I can't speak to how expensive they are relative to other businesses like them, but I've never felt ripped off. They're definitely worth it.

My husband and I could not be happier. Every person that we have met from Arlinghaus is very professional, friendly, knowledgeable. They just installed a furnace/air conditioner for us and we are very pleased with their work.

We've just gotten burned by not only a home warranty company but also a Heating and Air co. as well. As soon as we called Arlinghaus Heating and Air they jumped to help cool off our home. They explained what was wrong in a way we could understand, told us what could be done and what they personally thought should be done. The technical issues, the costs of everything explained clearly all while being very sympathetic to what we were going through. I will never use another company ever again. Also a big shout out to Tom our comfort cool expert! Such a nice And knowledgeable guy! Brett and Kate appreciate all you've done!

I am writing this for my elderly grandmother. We were quoted $2,900 by a different company, and so we decided to get a quote from Arlinghaus. Not only did they quote us much less than that, they even called back and gave us another even less expensive quote based on what we needed. I am a huge fan of supporting local businesses, and these guys have been amazing.

I had another company come to my home to look at my failing air conditioner. They were rude and expensive. Then I called Arlinghaus and it was totally different. The sales rep was respectful, honest, and explained everything. He also answered all my questions with a smile. He even told me that I could take time to think about it. Amazing. The cost For their top of the line was $9,000 cheaper than the other company and it comes with a great 10-year warranty. Arlinghaus is my go-to company from now on. UPDATE 6/10/20 Arlinghaus just left after replacing my total heating and air system. Tyler, Tyler and Dalton were excellent. They were professional and extremely knowledgeable. They did not leave until everything was double-checked. Tyler explained everything to me in layman’s terms and made sure I was happy before they left. I had a ton of questions and Tyler answered all of them with a smile. Wonderful experience.

My wife and I purchased a home this winter with an Arlinghaus installed system. Warmer weather found a defect in the downstairs AC system. Took just a few minutes on the phone to get a tech crew out and fixed very quickly and professionally. They handled their business well in an era when any kind of customer service is hard to come by.
