Nothing but positive things to say about Arlinghaus. While I have seen some people comment that they are a pricier option, they are verrrry competitive in pricing and worth every penny more you might pay. I learned so much from Bryan during our walk through of my old system and how he would tackle some of the issues I had been having. I am glad I called them for a second opinion.

We called Arlinghaus about a problem we were having with our heat pump fan. Tyler W. responded. He strictly followed CDC guidelines for keeping us safe the entire time he was in our home. As seniors, we greatly appreciated that. He inspected our system and explained in great detail problems he saw and options available to us. We were very impressed with his knowledge level. We took the time needed to make our decision. We only hope we are as pleased with installers coming next week as we were with Tyler.

The guys from the Happy House place were more than I thought it would be . They removed our old system and put in a new one . There was lots of drilling , cutting and soldering . Things had to be bent and molded to install the new systems. It took several hours to complete. These guys worked together as if they were one person . They set the WiFi to the thermostat and my phone . They went over the things I need to do. But to tell the truth all I’ve got to do is change the filter . Arlinghaus will always be my go to company . The salesman and the service technicians were very friendly and very professional . They will be recommended to everyone I know . And yes they’ve made this a Happy House . Thank You Arlinghaus for a job well done.

I have worked with Arlinghaus twice now for two different plumbing issues (one of which turned out to be a major plumbing emergency). Their technicians (Max and Roy specifically) have been incredibly helpful, pleasant, fair, and most importantly, honest. I went with a major local competitor for an entire HVAC replacement before I'd worked with Arlinghaus and I regret that now. When any kind of heating, cooling, or plumbing problem arises in my home, Arlinghaus will always be my first call. Their customer service representative I spoke with today to schedule service was excellent as well! I also like how involved they are in our local community, supporting local schools and making other meaningful contributions to the community means a lot to me and makes me feel good about patronizing this business.
